A childhood friend of Kleinmeer Emperor, Elgainst Ramil.
They have been friends since being introduced to each other by his grandfather Aleha. Elgainst was the complete opposite of Waltza, who loves swords and being outside. He was worried about Elgainst, who was unhealthily withdrawn day and night, and was absorbed in studying magic without interacting with others, so he forced him to go outside and they became friends.
