[Title: Lord of the Gregor Mansion.]

[Storage space items: The Zero Puppet, Map, Star Inheritance preliminary token, Silver Storage Bracelet, Sword, Dagger, Ancient map, The Gregor Mansion, Magic artifact, Herbs, potions, mana stones and spell books...etc..,]

The status panel flickered to life before my eyes, its translucent interface overlaying my vision. My attention was immediately drawn to the storage space section.

There, among rows of categorized items, I could see both essential belongings and a collection of miscellaneous loot.

The vital items were irreplaceable artifacts, tools, and resources I would need in the long term, each carrying a unique significance. Selling those was out of the question. They held too much future value for me, though I couldn't pinpoint when exactly they'd come into use.

Instead, my focus shifted to the unnecessary items cluttering the inventory. These, while not essential, were anything but worthless. Most were spoils from past encounters looted treasures from fallen foes. I'd already consumed the mana stones and treasure fruits.

But what remained were the magic artifacts, piled high in disarray. Some were damaged beyond repair, their ancient mechanisms rendered useless. But a handful of them still functioned, gleaming faintly under the dim light of the status panel.

They were rare, even among artifacts salvaged from high-level wizards. I knew their worth. In the right market, each artifact could fetch up to a million mid-grade mana stones, maybe even more if I found the right buyer.

Satisfied with the assessment, I dismissed the panel with a thought, the interface fading from view. My attention turned to the situation at hand. Gloria stood beside me, her impatience palpable.

She kept glancing toward Manager Kira, uncertain of whether the stern-faced woman would agree to help us. I knew the stakes without Kira's assistance, escaping the country could become a near-impossible task. And if I stayed, it would only be a matter of time before trouble found me again.

The tension broke as Manager Kira finally turned to face us. Her eyes, sharp and calculating, glimmered with resolve.

"Alright," she began, her voice firm, "since Ms. Gloria has requested it, I'll help. But it won't be for free."

Relief flooded through me, and I felt my heart loosen from its anxious grip. Before I could respond, however, Gloria cut in smoothly, her voice carrying a note of reassurance.

"Zack has some valuable items to sell," she said, her tone both confident and hopeful.

Kira's eyes narrowed with sudden interest, her curiosity clearly piqued. "Let's see what you've got," she said, her words laced with intrigue.

I could feel their eyes on me, both expectant. The next move was mine.

I glanced at Manager Kira and asked, "Is there a private room here? I'll need a minute to sort through my items."

Her lips curled into a chuckle, her eyes glinting with curiosity. Now, I had her full attention. It seemed that her interest in me had only deepened, likely eager to see what this young stranger of Gloria's acquaintance had to offer.

Gloria shifted beside me, her smile awkward, perhaps embarrassed by the situation. The truth was, she and I barely knew each other. We weren't close, not by any means. I was simply a foreigner, a chance encounter in her life.

Yet, for reasons she couldn't quite grasp, she felt compelled to help me. Maybe it was intuition, or maybe she sensed that one day, I might have something to offer her. For now, I had nothing to repay her with, but Gloria seemed to believe that one day, things might change. Perhaps I could surprise her.

"Young man, just take the next room," Kira said, gesturing toward the door. "Don't worry, the walls are fortified with protective magic formations. No one can spy on you."

I nodded, offering a word of thanks before slipping into the adjacent room. The door clicked shut behind me, and I quickly locked it.

My gaze swept across the space as I summoned the system to probe the area. Just as Kira had promised, the walls were etched with intricate magical formations, their glowing inscriptions faintly pulsing with protective energy. The room was secure. No prying eyes would penetrate these walls.

Satisfied, I dismissed the status panel and began sorting through the magic artifacts stored in my system space. I had no intention of showing the broken ones Kira was too shrewd, and she'd immediately know that those artifacts had been looted, most likely from fallen enemies.

Worse, many of the broken ones had belonged to practitioners of the evil path, their corrupted energy still clinging to the remnants. It wouldn't be wise to reveal such things, not here.

Instead, I focused on the functional weapon artifacts. I sifted through the collection, selecting only those that were in prime condition swords, axes, daggers, shields, and spears, all intact and ready for use. Each one shimmered faintly with latent power, their craftsmanship clear even to an untrained eye.

The artifacts ranged from Grade-5 to Grade-6, the kind of items that could fetch a good price. There was also a rare Level-7 artifact among them, but I knew better than to sell it here.

It would be far more valuable in the Ancient Redwood Country, where high-level artifacts were highly sought after. As for the Level-7 artifact, it wasn't suitable for me, and selling it here would attract far too much attention.

After carefully selecting five Grade-6 artifacts, I stowed the remaining items back into my system space. The chosen five a mix of swords and spears were placed inside my storage bracelet.

With everything in order, I took a deep breath and exited the room, ready to see just how valuable these artifacts would be in Kira's eyes.

After stepping into the room, I calmly took my seat, aware of the curious gazes of both Gloria and Manager Kira.

Their anticipation was palpable, and I could feel the weight of their expectations pressing in. Without a word, I slipped my hand into my storage bracelet and, one by one, carefully laid the five Grade-6 Magic Artifacts on the table before them.

As the artifacts touched the surface, their polished surfaces shimmered under the room's soft light, each glowing with a faint but unmistakable aura of power. They appeared pristine, as if they had just been forged no scratches, no wear, only the raw energy pulsating from their cores.

"Grade-6 Artifacts!" Gloria gasped, her eyes wide with shock. Her surprise was genuine. For a family of her standing, even a single Grade-6 Artifact was a rare and valuable asset. These were not ordinary items to be bought on a whim.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

Each of them could easily sell for over a million mid-grade mana stones, a price that only the wealthiest wizards could afford. And here Vincent was, casually presenting five of them.

Gloria's attention shifted to the artifacts, her gaze lingering on their flawless forms. She examined them with care, taking in every detail.

The lack of any sign of use their smooth surfaces unmarred by battle or wear made them all the more remarkable. The reality that Vincent, someone she barely knew, was carrying such treasures was hard for her to grasp. There was no hint of these being stolen or looted; they were as pristine as they came.

Her thoughts must have mirrored her disbelief, as I could see a flicker of realization pass through her eyes. She had already begun to suspect, from my earlier words and actions, that I was carrying more than just these five artifacts.

And now, that suspicion solidified into certainty. Her gaze sharpened with interest, and I noticed a subtle change in her demeanor. In her eyes, my status had shifted. No longer was I just a foreigner or a mere acquaintance. In her mind, I had become someone of importance someone with resources, perhaps even influence.

As Gloria's eyes gleamed with newfound respect, Kira remained silent, her sharp gaze shifting between the artifacts and me. The room seemed to hold its breath, waiting for her response, and I could sense the wheels turning in her mind as she calculated the value of what lay before her.
