Kyle had set in motion a series of events that would ultimately shape Cassandra's life.

The decision he took to isolate Justin from his son but Kyle's true motive was unknown.

It was unknown how long he had this thought in his mind either.

Kyle was on his way to meet Cassandra but to his utmost surprise, his phone rang while he was driving.

Kyle took a deep breath before parking his car, the last thing he needed was to break the law by doing something this silly even though it was nearly impossible for him to crash his car due to his car handling.

He checked his phone and saw it was a call coming in from Ella, he could have easily ignored it until he reached his destination,

That would have been the convenient thing to do but Kyle entertained the idea that it might be something serious.

"Hello?" Kyle began the conversation despite Ella being the one who called.

[[Hi Kyle! I just wanted to remind you of our meet-up today!]] Ella sounded a little too excited.

Kyle was a bit surprised by the energy she was exhibiting considering it was just a little hangout.

However, he realized that giving her this much access to him could potentially be a bad thing.

Kyle didn't forget but also didn't see it as a big deal but he could understand why Ella was this excited.

"How could I forget! It is not every day one gets to hang with a celebrity," Kyle teased and he could hear Ella's giggle at the other end of the phone.

[[Oh stop!]] Ella gushed, receiving the treatment she gave Calista.

"You have been busy these past few days, it is almost like you have relinquished Jane to me," Kyle indirectly asked what she has been up to.

[[You wish! I have been busy with a friend I made…]] Ella revealed without much persuasion.

"A friend? People can tolerate you?" Kyle questioned.

[[Fuck you! I met her at your club.]] Ella revealed and this was what caught his attention.

"You met her at my club?" Kyle instantly knew who she was talking about but Calista made no mention of this even though it was none of his business.

[[She is a real beauty as well. You should see her.]] Ella bragged but only if she knew that Kyle was not only seeing her but fucking her.

Kyle sighed not knowing what Calista was up to but it was clear she was doing her little research about Jane through Ella,

Even he could tell that much but that was where his curiosity ended.

"Wear something nice tonight. I think a change of venue would do us both some good., Kyle informed Ella.

[[Don't worry, I'm taking you somewhere fancy so YOU wear something nice!]] Ella flipped the script on him.

"Damn, my mistress is about to treat me to some fancy food? I feel like a pretty college drop-out," Kyle gushed and Ella laughed hard at the other end.

[[You play too much! And why a college drop-out!?]] Ella exclaimed.

"I don't usually do this; I'm only trying to pay for college…" Kyle said in a timid voice. He was irritated at first by this conversation but now had a big smile on his face.

This was what he needed to unwind and Ella was providing that release.

Kyle had no idea how much she was paid because Isabella handled that at her discretion.

[[Stop it! This shouldn't be this funny!]] Ella was laughing her ass out at the other end, Kyle couldn't contain the laughter of his own.

The conversation came to an end and Kyle knew this was an opportunity to find out what Ella had been talking about with her new friend.

He wouldn't get a better chance than this and planned to exploit it.

If Calista was going to pose a threat then he would have no choice but to get rid of her.

He still had his card, Kyle had a gym bag at the back of his car.

That was because he planned to branch where Aiysha worked.
