Atlas narrowed his eyes at the sudden decision, but Grishna's cheerful voice cut through the tension. ''We'll leave now. I'll tell Rollo what's happening before we set off,'' she said brightly.

The duo smiled before saying farewells as they made their way to the creatures below; he collapsed into a nearby chair. Estelle approached him like a concerned mother, making him smile as he summoned his helmet to cover his face wound.

It had started hurting him, causing it to bleed, which made him paranoid. When Estelle saw this, she frowned, ''What are you doing, Atlas?''

''My face hurts due to the wind and its weeping,'' he answered with a cringe. ''It's disgusting.''

When Atlas heard this, he smiled as she sat beside him and finished speaking, ''Can you take it off, please?''

Following that, he activated Void Realm, and the two appeared in the destroyed city, where he was fully healed. Atlas took out his swords while casting Void Infusion as howls rang out, signaling the start of the attack.

Void Ghouls surged from the surrounding buildings, their horrifying howls echoing through the streets and shattering Estelle's spine. Just as panic threatened to take hold, a sharp smack on her round behind snapped her back to reality.

Atlas observed with pride as Estelle expertly swung her weapon, cutting a Ghoul in half before moving on to the next. A smile spread across his face at her fierce determination, and he joined the fray.

He charged forward, slicing through the nearest Ghoul with a stroke. Dark ichor splattered across his armor as he dodged another attack, his movements fluid and precise. Beside him, Estelle stood her ground, raising her shield just in time to absorb a heavy blow from a ghoul lunging at her.

The impact rattled her, but she quickly retaliated, swinging her sword that cleaved through the creature's midsection. Atlas started using his magic, beginning with Void Wave, which sent a dozen ghouls crashing into the buildings.

Following that, he dashed forward while casting Void Bullet, which peppered the horde of monsters and stopped them coming for a second, allowing him to check the monster total to see how many they killed.

Atlas thought as he swiftly cut down three Savage Ghouls that charged at him, his blade slicing through the air with precision.

He unleashed Void Barrage, a powerful spell that erupted from his fingertips and decimated dozens of the creatures. Meanwhile, Estelle stood firm beside him; her shield raised defiantly as she fended off any remaining ghouls that dared to approach.

The blonde warrior expertly deflected their attacks by creating a protective barrier around Atlas as his magic quickly finished off the remaining foes. Together, they formed a seamless partnership and worked well as a team.

Twenty minutes later, the Void Ghouls stopped appearing as an enraged roar echoed across the city, causing Atlas to warn the blonde, ''The Brutes are coming; be careful.''

Estelle nodded with a smile while readying for the incoming fight. Shortly after that, the couple noticed three Brute Ghouls rushing toward them. One of the creatures swung its massive arm toward her with deadly intent.

The blonde sidestepped the swing, feeling the rush of air as the Brute's fist narrowly missed her. Seizing the opportunity, she gathered her energy, her palms glowing with radiant light, ''Light Blast!'' she shouted, unleashing a brilliant energy beam that shot toward the creature.

It struck the Brute square in the chest, illuminating the dark surroundings with a blinding brilliance. The force of the impact sent the creature staggering back, its roar of fury echoing through the chaos.

Atlas followed up with a Void Bomb that sliced through the air and connected with the creature's chest. The spell erupted and wiped out many creatures before he started casting Void Barrage.

The azure projectiles peppered more Void Ghouls and Savages that continued coming. Estelle stood in front, holding most of them back. Atlas thinned out the horde thanks to his magic, but soon enough, the blonde was sent back to the real world.

It was too late when he realized what was happening; he could do little more than defend himself. The creatures swarmed around him, and the Brute Ghouls caught him off guard with a powerful punch to the gut.

Following that attack, he returned to the treehouse balcony, where Estelle waited for him, a radiant smile lighting up her face. ''That was intense,'' she said sweetly. ''Those Brutes came out of nowhere and sent me back here!''

Atlas chuckled before responding, ''Yes, that sent me back here. I can still feel the creature's power after it landed the attack.''

Estelle smiled as she stood up and asked, ''Would you like some Moonflower Tea? It may help with the pain.''

''Yes, please,'' he answered while slumping in the chair while watching the two moons above.

The blonde walked inside, leaving Atlas alone; that's when he checked the monster tally to see how many the duo had killed.
