Chapter 382: Class Test 12

Chapter 382: Class Test 12

Class Test 12

The silent main hall fell in utter silence when Hiko entered with another beast. It was not showing any urgency or agitation. No one could tell that it was angry at the Lord Beast. Lord Zim was standing in a daze. He was expecting Hiko dead leaf. It made him twitch several times. Colon was trying to figure out the attention of Hiko.

Felon probably forgot to react or move away from the middle of the main hall. It looked at the Lord Beast then Hiko then repeated unable to decide what else should do. "Where are other Council Beasts? Don't tell me that they are late as usual." Hiko spoke friendly.

The tense air slightly loosened. Lord Zim covered his expressions and sat on the big seat. He gestured them to take seat as well. "I sent my assistant, they will be here soon." Lord Zim spoke as normal as he could. Hiko nodded and took the seat.

Colon was eager to know what happened to the assassin beast? It tapped its long nailed fingers on the wooden arm of the chair. "Where you were last night? The black building was celebrating the appearance of child." Lord Zim inquired. He wanted to know if Hiko was in its cave last night or somewhere else?

"I would have joined celebrations however the den near my cave called me for some reason and I spent my night there. I hope the Lord Beast enjoyed to the fullest." Hiko chuckled covering disgust against Lord Beast. "I see. I will announce you the new member of the Lord Council, let's celebrate it later." Lord Zim spoke calculated words.

Now that the Hiko was alive and sitting in front, he could not manipulate the order of the bigger beasts. Not long later three beasts entered the main hall and Lord Zim selected Hiko as the new council member. It was already decided by the bigger beasts so no formality was needed. Qiao only sneaked the Lord Beast and came to know that the disloyal was really with the enemies.

There was no more doubts when the mission was issued. From the looks this Lord Zim was head of the North Sepedra which was another shocking revelation especially for Qiao. It was not easy to be selected as the head, Qiao was sure that the Lord Zim must have gone through the test under beasts or some other way through.

His mission was to kill this traitor. Qiao observed the other members of the Lord Council, they were all level eight. Killing them all was impossible however he could create some circumstances where he did not need to directly use his strength against them. When he entered he critically noticed the two beasts, they seemed loyal with the Lord Zim. It means first of all Qiao was supposed to get rid of them.

Colon was glaring him secretly. The reason was simple. Lord Zim gestured the loyal beast to find out who was this new level eight beast. Qiao constantly expelled beastly aura in order to hide his human identity. The aura was giving threat to the Lord Beast and his loyals.

The announcement ended and special metallic sign of Lord Council was handed to the new member. Hiko put the sign on its chest and wore the shining single line crown on its head. This crown would show on its back when the beast would shift in the real form. Being Lord Beast Lord Zim wore a big crown on his head because he did not change his form.

During the short ceremony Lord Zim was only thinking about the assassin beast. If the target was not in the cave then where did the assassin disappear? He was waiting till others leave main hall. "I will take my leave to inform my den." Hiko pleasantly asked permission. It could notice that the Lord Beast was on hot coals.

He wanted to know about the assassin beast. "Sure, send my sincere attentions to them as well." Lord Zim gestured and gave permission. Hiko left main hall. Qiao sneaked at all possible sides. The building was built with complex design. If someone was not familiar with the pathways then he was sure to loss track.

Qiao marked his next task. He did not want to leave the building instead survey it briefly. "I never witnessed such grand building." He commented so that Hiko could speak about it. "This black building is the ruling sign of the beasts in the North Sepedra; it is not simple from inside. The pathways are complex. You would not want to loss direction and then caught by the Black Keepers." Hiko explained but not in details.

Black Keepers were handed responsibility that no one should raid this building at any cost in case the beasts rule rendered weak in front of the hunters. This building was the sign of beast rule so they did not want any hunter to invade it.

Qiao nodded. He vowed to destroy this building before leaving North Sepedra. It would be punch on the high up nose of the beasts. "You need to remain alert. Since you were with me, the Lord Beast would definitely send someone to check on you." Hiko warned. "If you are worried and did not want to drag yourself in the matters of Lord Council, you can leave toward the east den." Hiko with this wanted to point out that facing bigger enemies could bring trouble.

"East den would remain under danger if the Black building is under the order of a hunter. How can I return with the shame that I was afraid of facing enemies?" Qiao spoke in busy voice. Hiko nodded. Its attentions were clear; having the backing of level eight beast was preferable rather than lone war.

"Are we going toward the cave?" Qiao asked. He wanted to spy on the beast called Colon. That beast was the first target before killing the traitor. Colon could create trouble in case Qiao wanted to directly attack and kill.
