Chapter 1996: Mother of Vines



The requirement for his Divine Grade Fruits was only increasing without him finding any.

For his mid-level Emperor Realm Cultivator, he required 11 Divine Grade Fruits and other than that, he needed one Divine Grade fruit for all his Quasi-Grade Plants in the Divine Inner World like six Heavenly Essence Gathering Plants, Thorny and now Viny.

Moreover, after his breakthrough to the Mid-level Emperor Realm, the requirement for his next breakthrough would only go up.

'I hope the rewards from the third task include some Divine Grade Fruits.' Ajax hoped the Celestial Pillar would bestow him with some Divine Grade Fruits after completing the third task.

Ajax raised his brows for a moment; however, he soon shook his head, 'What am I expecting? I have only completed an evolutionary requirement for them. The major changes would happen when they evolve into Divine Plants.'

With that thought in mind, Ajax moved to the Monster Vine...to be exact, its Monster Vines.

The place where Ajax had planted the Monster Vine Seed, was fully covered by dozens of Monster Vines.

Unlike the monster vines he killed in the beginning, these Monster Vines were fully covered in thorns and dangerous.

However, when Ajax walked close to them, the vines were docile like a spiritual pet and the thorns didn't harm Ajax at all.

"You have grown a lot within a short span."

Although Ajax expected Thorny's growth would be good, he didn't expect it would be this quick.

While playing with the vines, Ajax ordered the system to show the information on this Monster Vine of his.

2) Vine Regeneration: As long as the Main Vine was not destroyed, it could continuously create the sub-vines.

Note: To continuously regenerate the vines, requires the Divine Essence of Nature.

Divinity: Garden Protector.

Information: The plants surrounded by it would be protected by it andat the same time, the speed at which those plants grow would be slightly increased.

In the next second, the full information about the Monster Vine appeared in front of Ajax, making him quite shocked.

'It has awakened two Abilities and even awakened its Divinity.'

Unlike the Heavenly Essence Nurturing Plants, Ajax was prepared to be surprised by the changes in the Monster Vine; however, it thoroughly shocked him.

'The grade and strength of the Monster Vine was no surprise to me.'

There were no changes in those two things as he focused more on the two newly awakened abilities of the Monster Vine.

'First, the Mother of Vines.'

The ability name and its description alone were enough to make Ajax's heart race. As long as the Monster Vine had enough Divine Essence of Nature, it could produce endless new vines in his Divine Inner World.

Although his Divine Inner World was fully protected now, who knows what would happen after he ascended to the Heavenly Realm?

Ajax believed that there might be others who have Divine Inner Worlds inside their bodies or there might be cultivators who knew how to invade them.

The ability to regenerate meant the Monster Vine would be almost impossible to destroy unless an enemy discovered and targeted its Main Vine.

Ajax believed that with the right environment and resources, he could ensure the Monster Vine always had a steady supply of Divine Essence.

The idea of spreading the vines of Thorny all over the world under his control crossed his mind, making him excited.
