Chapter 1394: Smooth Sailing

In a quiet cabin of the Spirit Ark, Shang Xia heaved a sigh of relief.

Earlier, he came to blows with Guan Ziqing of the Spirit Tip World.

They had 3 exchanges without alerting anyone else, but their true bodies remained where they were while conversing with each other. They were even able to speak freely in front of the fourth tier True Immortal of the Spirit Tip World.

Because of the exchange, Shang Xia shocked the sixth tier True Immortal with his strength. In the end, they chose to compromise and accept his deal. Shang Xia and the others were able to leave without a fight and they even agreed to an alliance.

Actually, Shang Xia felt that he was at a slight disadvantage when they fought earlier.

Of course, he didn’t give it his all as he had many trump cards up his sleeves he was skill hiding.

Both sides were merely probing each other out earlier and they never planned to go all out. Shang Xia understood that even if he was strong, he wouldn’t be able to fight them in their home field. Song Zhen chuckled in response, “Everything seems to be going smoothly for the time being. Our Spirit Ark has been traveling close to the chaotic streams.”

Yan Ming also answered, “The Spirit Tip World providing the Star Chart means that we only need to follow and travel along the path. It’s just that... The spatial passage might not be able to contain our massive Spirit Ark.”

“Whatever it is, we should be able to pass the Essence Du World without alerting them. Once we return to the streams of chaotic space, nothing will stop us from reaching the Chaotic Sea of Stars.” She concluded.

Shang Xia nodded in satisfaction. “Looks like we aren’t as unlucky as we thought. It would be great if we can avoid conflict the entire journey.”

“They’re still recovering from the loss. You should be clearer about the situation in the Chaotic Sea of Stars. The matter of the Spirit Dawn World being attacked should have already spread and the Twin Star Pirates suffered heavy losses then. No one knows how many people are looking for their tracks and they won’t show themselves so easily.” Shang Xia chuckled. “Also, I left a clone with them. Even with a Stargazer as a navigator, traveling through the void was a dangerous endeavor. If they didn’t run into some strange danger, they would experience weird phenomena. All they could do was to see if they would be able to withstand the strong currents with their abilities.

Fortunately, with the massive Spirit Ark and experts like Shang Xia and Song Zhen personally taking charge, nothing rattled them.

After entering the Chaotic Sea of Stars, they picked up speed again. Even though they were still slower than a True Immortal flying at top speed, they would be able to fly for much longer.

Traveling through the Chaotic Sea of Stars for some time, they started to look for the Twin Star Pirates by using Shang Xia’s connection with his clone.

He directed them to the depths of a certain asteroid belt and successfully met the Twin Star Pirates.

As expected, the Twin Star Pirates had been hiding in the same place and didn’t run into any accidents.

According to their deal, the Twin Star Pirates didn’t hesitate to transfer the world fragment over to the Tongyou Institution’s Spirit Ark and the atmosphere between them seemed pretty harmonious.

After both sides transferred the world fragment successfully, Shang Xia once again reiterated his promise to help the Twin Star Pirates conquer the Azure World and exchanged contacts with them before grabbing the rest of the cultivators abandoned by the Wanyun Association and their broken Star Ship.

As they made their way back, Song Zhen didn’t beat about the bush. He asked directly, “Lord, how do you plan to deal with the members of the Wanyun Association?”

Shang Xia laughed, “What’s the matter? Do you have a plan in mind?”

“Hehe...” Song Zhen grinned, “All of them are useful people. They come from an Elysium-level power in an Essence World and have strong foundations. They have a lot of skills as well. They’re stronger than experts of the same level in the Chaotic Sea of Stars. If you don’t need more people... Why don’t you lend them to me for the time being?”

That was his intention in the first place. After all, he didn’t know what to do with them even if he brought them back. Even though the Star Ship Shang Xia gave Song Zhen was damaged and there were many patch-jobs on it, making it look extremely worn, it was a large-scale Star Ship nonetheless!

Song Zhen went over to examine the ship and he discovered that even though it suffered heavy external damage, the core of the ship was pretty well-maintained. After some reconstruction, it would be as good as new.

With a large-scale Star Ship, Song Zhen’s merchant group would be able to end their tiny skirmishes and reach a higher level in the Chaotic Sea of Stars.

As for Shang Xia... He gave the ship away because he already obtained a lot of materials needed to craft a large-scale Star Ship from scratch from the Twin Star Pirates and the Wanyun Association. After the Spirit Ark returned to the Spirit Luxuriant World, he would immediately start the construction of one.

The Spirit Ark and ordinary large-scale Star Ships differed in many points, but since a Spirit Ark was more difficult to craft, crafting a large-scale Star Ship wouldn’t be a problem for them.
