Chapter 547 Me Time

Chapter 547 Me Time

Villain Ch 547. Me Time

While Allen and Emma were engrossed in their unexpected sibling heart-to-heart, the girls on the sidelines couldn't help but be curious. From a distance, they observed the duo, their avatars engaged in what seemed like a pivotal conversation. Shea raised an eyebrow, Zoe leaned in a little, and Bella exchanged glances with Alice – the universal language of "What's going on?"

Despite the intrigue, the girls were left to their own speculations. But among the observers, Jane was the one with her own narrative unfolding. Her eyes, sharp and discerning, followed the subtle cues of the sibling interaction.

With a sly grin, she shifted her body, attempting to channel her inner Emma. In a voice that was both comically exaggerated and playfully teasing, she uttered, "Brother, I love you, make me part of your harem."

The other girls, catching wind of Jane's impromptu performance, exchanged amused glances. Vivian stifled a laugh, and even the usually composed Zoe cracked a smile.

But Jane wasn't done. With a quick adjustment of her stance, she decided to take on Allen's persona for added effect. With an attempt at cool nonchalance, she mimicked Allen's voice, saying, "Ah, I can't. We are connected by blood; we can't possibly be together. I'm sorry."

Bella and Alice, unable to resist joining the comedic fray, decided to add their own flavor to the impromptu drama. Bella, with a theatrical flourish, decided to channel her inner Emma. In a voice that was equal parts melodramatic and cheeky, she declared, "But that shouldn't get in the way. Our love is pure, brother," adding a touch of dramatic flair that had everyone chuckling.

Alice, not one to be outdone, shifted her stance to take on Allen's cool attitude. With a sly smile, she uttered, "Emma, I didn't expect you to love me that deeply." The deadpan delivery was so spot-on that it sent the group into fits of laughter.

And then, for the grand finale, the duo decided to hug. Alice's lips moved in a mock kiss, and she wrapped her arms around herself in an embrace. It was a playful, exaggerated imitation of the soap opera that had unfolded moments ago.

The trio's impromptu romantic drama left the others in a state of amusement. Shea couldn't help but raise her eyebrows at the unfolding theatrics. With a slow shake of her head, she deadpanned, "Jane has multiplied," as if observing a curious scientific phenomenon.

Larissa chimed in with a casual shrug. "Well, that's better than them being bored," she remarked, finding entertainment in the unexpected turn of events.

Zoe couldn't contain her laughter. "I'm starting to get used to them, though," she admitted between giggles, finding the trio's antics more amusing than surprising.

Vivian couldn't help but let her mind wander as she observed Allen and Emma's unexpected exchange. Her eyes narrowed thoughtfully as she turned to the group, her concern palpable.

"Did you think Emma was talking about us? Because we teased her earlier?" she wondered aloud, her voice tinged with a hint of worry.

Shea chimed in with a casual shrug. "I bet she was talking about us."

This only deepened Vivian's worry. "Does that mean he is inciting Allen to be hostile to us?" she asked, her concern etched in every word.

Zoe spoke up with calm reassurance. "You don't need to worry too much about that," she said, her words carrying a casual confidence. "Allen knows what is right and wrong. We only say our thoughts due to her attitude," she reminded, trying to ease Vivian's concerns.

Larissa chimed in with a helpful reminder, "Besides, I think rather than us, I'm sure she's asking about Allen's previous attitude. Allen also reprimanded her, remember?" Her words carried the weight of someone who had been paying attention to the unfolding virtual saga.

Vivian, still caught in the worry-web, gave a noncommittal shrug. "True," she conceded, her mind slowly processing Larissa's point. The drama had layers, it seemed, and maybe Emma's words weren't solely directed at the playful teasing from earlier.

Shea flashed Vivian a reassuring smile. "So stop worrying," she advised, her tone light but firm.

"Okay," Vivian relented, the tension in her virtual shoulders easing. It was a classic case of overthinking.

Meanwhile, after the warm embrace, the hug between Allen and Emma finally came to an end. They lingered for a moment, the lingering warmth of the sibling connection still palpable. As they let go, a smile played on Emma's lips, and Allen.

"You know, I have to go now," said Emma with a dry smile. "I hate it if Kafra logs me out by force," she added with a shrug.

"Okay. Goodbye," Allen said, his voice carrying a mix of affection and familiarity.

"See you later, big bro," Emma replied with a wink, her playful demeanor shining through.

With that, Emma initiated the log-off process, her avatar gradually fading from the landscape.

As Emma's presence dwindled, Allen turned towards the waiting group of girls and approached them. He looked relaxed now. The girls, observing the exchange from a distance, exchanged glances.

"Did you guys talk about me?" Allen asked, a teasing smile playing on his lips.

Shea gave a nonchalant nod. "Kinda," she admitted, her avatar adopting a mischievous grin.

Vivian seized the opportunity. "What did Emma say to you?" she inquired, her eyes narrowing with intrigue.

Allen, with a chuckle, reassured them, "I was just making sure she was okay since she looked gloomy earlier, that's all." His words carried genuine concern.

Zoe, adding her two cents with a grin, chimed in, "Good. I didn't want to deal with a sulky princess for too long." Her playful remark echoed in the virtual air.

Bella, seizing the chance to contribute, shot a glance at Zoe. "Hey, you're a princess too, ya know?" she teased.

Zoe, with a hint of pride, retorted, "At least I'm not spoiled."

Bella chimed in with a playful smirk, "So, Allen, planning to adopt all of us into your family now? Make us your sugar sisters." It was her own random term from "sugar baby".

Allen laughed, "Sure, why not?" he also replied with a joke.

Shea, with a mock serious expression, added, "But remember, we come with a maintenance cost."

Vivian couldn't resist teasing, "Do we get allowances too, big brother Allen?"

Before Allen could come up with a witty comeback, Zoe jumped in, "And make sure to schedule some 'family therapy sessions'. You know, to keep the family dynamics in check."

Bella, always ready with a retort, smirked, "Ah, the joys of a huge harem family. I can already imagine the drama."

As the laughter echoed, Allen, still wearing a grin, decided to steer the conversation toward the next quest. "Okay, enough with the jokes. So, what do you guys want to do next?" he asked, a glint of excitement in his eyes.

Shea, with a hint of mock seriousness, replied, "Well, I was thinking of conquering the game stock market, but alas, I have some real-life business to attend to." She was actually kinda interested in doing it, but she couldn't since she was the villain.

Vivian, nodding in agreement, added, "I need to have a meeting with the agency's stylists. Mr. Bell is a nice guy but he is strict when it comes to missed deadlines," she said with a huff.

Zoe, with a theatrical sigh, lamented, "And here I thought I could spend the entire day living my best virtual life. Alas, adulting calls."

Allen, with a playful pout, retorted, "Well, I guess I'll have to embark on another me time then."

One by one, Bella, Shea, Vivian, Zoe, and the rest of the party began to disappear as they logged off.

"See you, Allen!" Bella's farewell echoed in the virtual air.

Shea, with her trademark nonchalance, added, "Until tomorrow, Allen."

Vivian, waving goodbye, quipped, "I will send you the message about the photoshoot later. After I finished my meeting," she stated.

Zoe exclaimed, "Farewell, Allen! May your solo quests be epic! Tell us if you encounter something interesting."

Soon, Allen found himself standing alone in front of the gate. He took a moment to absorb the solitude, a stark contrast to the lively banter that had filled the air moments ago.

"Alright, where should I go next?" Allen mumbled to himself. He conjured up his hologram screen with a flick of his wrist, the digital display materializing in front of him. With a casual swipe of his finger, he scrolled through the options, eyes scanning the list of available maps.

The soft glow of the hologram illuminated his face as he navigated through the possibilities. Each map held the promise of new challenges, quests, and undiscovered territories. His eyes darted across the holographic list, seeking out the one that piqued his interest.

A mental debate unfolded. On one side, the allure of exploring a new map tugged at his curiosity, promising the thrill of uncharted territories. On the other hand, the familiar streets of the city beckoned, hinting at routine ventures through the bustling market, a place where he had often found hidden treasures.

His thoughts danced between the pros and cons. Exploring a new map meant potential for unique encounters, rare loot, and leveling up his character. On the flip side, the city market offered a different kind of adventure, a place where he could haggle for bargains, trade goods, and perhaps stumble upon discounted items.

After a brief mental tug-of-war, practicality won the day. Allen decided to stick to the city for the time being. Checking the market seemed like a strategic move to stock up on essentials and perhaps snag some overlooked bargains. Later, if he was bored, he would check on some interesting maps.

With his decision made, Allen set off toward the city market.
