Chapter 2262: Kholomodumo Weakness?



"This yellow stone. What does it look like, or do you have a sample of it?" Kabrakan asked.

"Please do not take the words of the young too much, Hero Kabrakan." The hamster beastkin elder stated as he did not want to feed the delusion of the young and implicate Kabrakan along with him.

"Let the child talk. If what he said is false, then we just learned that is so, but any information is needed. Unlike the elders that do not even give me anything, maybe the young might be able to answer my questions. I may have been biased in asking when I should have asked all Selvaggian of all ages." Kabrakan stated which made the hamster beastkin elder back down.

"Apologies. Please speak child but only say what you have observed. Do not fabricate anything." The hamster beastkin elder stated.

"Yes... thank you..." The young hamster beastkin stated with nervousness.

"Do not worry as it is still an investigation. If I learned anything then being a hero has no age. You already having the courage speak to me is already the qualities of a hero. Take your time and tell me what you know. If it turns out to be wrong, then that is fine but what if it is correct? You will be remembered as a hero that helped our race." Kabrakan stated as he managed to calm down the young beastkin.

"I do not know what it is really called but we called it yellow stone in our village. It is not being used by us as well because of its foul odor that is sour and akin to rotten eggs." The young hamster beastkin stated with courage.

"I see. Do you have an idea where we can find this yellow stone?" Kabrakan stated.

"I do not remember much but the elder should be able to answer. He always warns us to stay away from the yellow stone areas. The foul smell messes with our senses which makes it dangerous as some monsters are there." The young hamster beastkin stated as he looked towards the elder.

"It seems that our young hero passed you the torch elder. It seems that you are a hero yourself for always warning the young of dangers. Do you know where the yellow stone is?" Kabrakan asked.

"I do, Hero Kabrakan but I do not know if the area is still intact. It is about an hour from here just east of the pond. Lots of Wild Worms tend to spawn there as it is their perfect feeding grounds. You will be able to easily recognize it because the entire area will blast you with its foul odor even if you are a hundred meters away." The hamster beastkin elder stated.

"Thank you, elder. Please ask the others as well without being biased by age if they observed anything strange about the beast. We will secure that area that is filled with yellow stone to check if it can be used against that primordial beast. The young hero can aid you in this endeavor as he is as valiant as they come." Kabrakan stated.

"As fellow heroes, I will make sure that I will do that duty!" The young hamster beastkin stated as he smiled proudly.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

"As you wish, Hero Kabrakan. I will inform you about anything that they have told me that is peculiar. Stay safe while you investigate that area." The hamster beastkin elder stated as he and the young beastkin proceeded to evacuate.

"Both of you heard that right? Investigate the claims that the young boy said. I will follow up with you as soon as I have verified that all inhabitants here have evacuated." Kabrakan stated as two shadows suddenly bowed down to him.

"As the hero commands." The two panther beastkins stated as they vanished once more.

"It is just regenerating everything, but it did stop eating." Adrian stated as he weaved through the numerous spiked fur tentacles that are launched at him.

His Limit Break: Summoner and Nether Domain have already run out, but the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo is still as lively as ever. The other elders also started to dodge as well as they needed to be wary of their stamina. They have been fighting against the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo for a long time now, but the attacks did not change as much.

Still, the have verified that the primordial beast will defend fiercely as long as you inflict it with something it deems harmful to it. The only problem is that the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo has incredible vitality and health regeneration to the point that half of the damage that they inflicted has already been recovered.

"Such an odd beast. If Old Man Pann were here, then he would have wanted to check on it. Should we actually call upon him since he is an expert on beasts?" Elder Koronn stated as he froze time around him to make sure that the spikes lose their energy and fall to the ground.

"I already asked him about it, but he said that primordial beasts are not really actual beings he considers as animals. He said that a real beast should be born from one or two beings. He even stated that primordial beasts are freaks of nature." Adrian stated.

"If even Old Man Pann said that to you then he really does not like them. If he was interested, then he would have already come here to check. This fight might be easy, and we might be able to destroy one if we combined our full powers." Elder Bronx stated as he clapped his hands to create a powerful shockwave that destroyed numerous fur tentacles.

"I doubt that." Adrian stated as he could see what the three Primordial Beast Kholomodumo were doing.

"Care to elaborate? We do not have your special sight." Elder Koronn stated as a reminder that they cannot see the souls of living things.

"All three of them share the same soul and they are using it to funnel some their vitality through each other. They can even share their unprocessed energy to each other as they are basically one body split up. One way of testing if they weaken is to split them apart but teleporting large beings like them would take all of us and more." Adrian stated.

If they act as each other's life bank, then Adrian proposed to split them up but that is a problem. Large beings would take tremendous amounts of energy and mana to transport forcefully. The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo is also a primordial beast which means it might need more due to its special nature. They did not even know if they could forcefully transport a primordial beast as they are forces of nature.

"We can test that out once we have the others helping us. Maybe we could try right now but smaller in scale." Elder Koronn stated as he told Adrian and Elder Bronx about it.

"Let us test it then. If it does not work, then we just retreat. It does not seem to have the ability to move at fast speeds which means escaping is easier." Adrian stated.

"Let us try." Elder Bronx agreed as all three of them suddenly appeared in an area a few meters away from the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo.

The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo searched for the beings that dared to attack it using its numerous fur tentacles. It then found the three demons using its numerous fur tentacles with eyes and launched those at them. The three demons did not evade but chanted in unison to create a gate that ripped space.

Fortunately for them, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo only attacked their front which made it easier for them. The portal that they conjured opened a hole in front of them with the other end being on top of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo. All of the spiked fur tentacles that are launched at them all hit the primordial beast itself.

"It is using a lot of our mana." Adrian grumbled as his mana could be seen decreasing at a vast

rate.

"Mine is already half." Elder Bronx stated.

"You two need more mana training." Elder Koronn stated as he still has 80% left but his mana is incredibly vast compared to the other two since temporal spells use more mana. The three of them finally stopped and closed the portal when all three of them learned of the mana usage accurately. The portal closing also meant the fur tentacles caught in it being cut. The three of them vanished as the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo still tried to attack them even if they closed the portal. They also made sure to hide their auras as much as possible so that the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo could not detect them.

When the three Primordial Beast Kholomodumo could no longer detect all three of them, they returned back to eating out the soil. The wounds that they inflicted on it started to heal as well but they managed to slow it down for a few hours.
