Chapter 2263: Weak to Sulfur



"All yellow stone deposits are not devoured when we checked the edges." One of the Panther beastkin reported as she gave the yellow stone to Kabrakan.

"So, it hates sulfur?!" Kabrakan stated as he was able to analyze the yellow stone.

"Do you know what it is, Hero Kabrakan?" One of the Panther Beastkin asked.

"Yes. I know of this because I often collected it when I was starting out in this world. A lot of magic related professions need this as they often use it to create things." Kabrakan stated.

"I would like to give my opinion." One of the Panther beastkin stated.

"Sure. I told all of you that we are all equal when in the field. The Wilde is a harsh world that does not distinguish who you are." Kabrakan stated.

"Upon checking the entire area, the child is telling the truth as all the soil deposits without these yellow stones are gone. It looked like the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo is filtering it because it hates it or might be weak against it." One of the Panther Beastkin stated.

"I shall give this hint to Equinox about this." Kabrakan stated as he passed the information to Adrian.

"What should we do next? The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo has already started to eat at this realm once again." Elder Bronx stated.

"I will observe it while both of you think of something. I will check the areas that it has already feasted upon. It seems to only be eating at the top layer of the soil while maintaining the bedrock. If it is doing that then it should have some sort of intelligence." Elder Koronn stated as he vanished.

"Oh!" Adrian reacted as he suddenly got a message from Kabrakan.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" Elder Bronx asked.

"There is nothing wrong. I was about to say that we should retreat since we have at least done what we wanted to do but it seems Kabrakan has found something out." Adrian stated.

"Well, say it. The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo is still eating this realm, and it will not stop unless we kill it." Elder Bronx stated as he actually really cared about smaller worlds. He did not want them to suddenly die off because some primordial beast is eating it.

"Calm down, Elder Bronx. It is not like it will stop eating if I say it faster. I wish it was like that primordial beast in Alfheim that sleeps after chewing some world tree roots. Anyways, Kabrakan told me that the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo seem to be ignoring Pure Sulfur. He is not sure if it is filtering it out when it eats it, but he found this out by chance.

He is not sure if the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo is weak against it if ingested but that is something that we can try. He already gave the coordinates to me so please fetch large chunks of it if you can." Adrian stated.

"Are ordering me to get it? Also, what did you say about Alfheim also having a primordial beast?" Elder Bronx stated.

"I am not ordering you to get it. I am asking you to please get it. For the last question, the answer is also yes. There is a primordial beast that eats the roots of the world tree there which is why it is also slowly dying. Alfheim will fall if that primordial beast wakes up because it would then consume the world tree itself that basically supports the entire world." Adrian stated.

"I think you need to slow down now. I will get the Pure Sulfur with the coordinates that you have given me. Make sure to keep an eye out for that research maniac elder of yours. Also, do not mention the primordial beast to Elder Ascalor as even he is not told about it." Elder Bronx stated as he vanished.

"Why? What will happen if Elder Ascalor learns about it?" Adrian thought as he saw Elder Koronn about to try and attack the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo.

Elder Bronx returned to the area once more and also brought Kabrakan with his scout guards. Adrian and Elder Koronn aided in getting chunks of Pure Sulfur when Elder Bronx took out what he got. Elder Bronx cleaned out the Pure Sulfur deposit that he went to as he did not know how much they needed.

"Shall we make it a competition?" Adrian asked.

"What is the needed requirement to win?" Elder Bronx asked as he is interested.

"How about the first one to make it have a reaction?" Elder Koronn stated.

"Agreed." Adrian stated as all of them immediately took a huge chunk of Pure Sulfur and arrived at the mouths of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo.

"Eat this!" Adrian shouted as he released his chunk of Pure Sulfur using a combination of temporal magic and force magic.

"I will be the first!" Elder Koronn shouted as he even froze the mouth of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo using temporal magic as he launched the chunk of Pure Sulfur.

"Force is all you need!" Elder Bronx shouted as he applied an incredible amount of force as he launched the Pure Sulfur chunk into the mouth of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo.

All three of them used different ways in making sure that the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo gets to eat the Pure Sulfur but it also insighted the primordial beast to attack them. Still, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo made it easier for the Pure Sulfur chunks to be delivered into the belly of the beast. As soon as the Pure Sulfur got inside the stomach of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo, all three of them started to become sluggish.

The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo actually became weakened when it ate the chunks of Pure Sulfur. Adrian looked at Kabrakan as if they have found the secret of defeating the enemy. "This is bad!" Adrian shouted as he could feel the primordial energy of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo rising beyond belief.

The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo suddenly emitted a powerful roar and also changed its greenish fur coating to red. Its entire body became blood red as a result of it going into a berserk state. The most terrifying thing is that all the fur on the tentacles suddenly became sharp. All three of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo released a massive volley of spikes that made it rain deadly needles.

"The nearby villages! They might get affected!" Kabrakan shouted as there were still some people evacuating.

The spikes were released in all directions, and it did not care if it was friend or foe. The speed of the spikes was incredibly fast as well and they even reached a nearby deserted village quickly. It is lucky that it was already vacated but there were villages beyond that area that is still in the process of escaping.

"Give the coordinates of each village that still has people." Adrian stated as Kabrakan immediately gave a map marked with the villages that have yet to completely evacuate. "I will go first then." Elder Koronn stated as his playful eyes became serious. Elder Koronn vanished from the area and appeared in the direction of the still evacuating villages. He activated a magic that froze the sky itself which also froze the spikes that were headed in that area. One could see that he did not even break a sweat, but the two demons know that they must be quick or else Elder Koronn might faint from overusing his mana.

"I guess I am next." Elder Bronx stated as he appeared in the area with the densest spikes and released a powerful pulse that sapped all kinetic energy from the spikes. One could even see him absorbing this kinetic energy and create an aura armor around him.

"I guess I am the one that cleans since Elder Ascalor is not here." Adrian stated as he appeared in the area to create a large vortex that swallowed all of the spikes that lost their kineticNôv(el)B\\jnn

energy.

As soon as Adrian created the vortex, Elder Koronn already let time flow on the sky once again. The mouths of the Selvaggians that witnessed it were agape. The demons still think they fell short as they did not gather all the spikes.
